At Easy Undefined, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem


If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Sizing


Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. Since every item is produced specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.


Lost Packages


If your order appears to be lost in transit, get in touch with us and we’ll work with our printing partner to investigate and find the best solution.


Cancellations


Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.


Sustainability


Every Easy Undefined product is made to order rather than mass-produced. This helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction, allowing us to create responsibly while delivering original artwork directly to our community.


Limited Edition & Collector’s Value


Many Easy Undefined designs are released in limited runs or may never be reprinted. If you’ve simply changed your mind after receiving your order, consider gifting it to someone, keeping it as a collectible, or reselling it. Original Easy Undefined pieces may become sought-after over time, and we fully support fans buying, selling, and collecting authentic merchandise.
